This ministry is founded and headed by missionary pastor Augustine M Frizza, born and based in Kampala, ministering online and physically on various local and international platforms(churches), convocations, conferences, etc)

Paxfriz was co-vebranded by the ministry chief consultant and church elder John Paxton, based in United Kingdom Scotland.
